Delivery information

Bjorn van den Berg provides worldwide shipping. If your country is not available while placing your order, please contact us at customercare@bjornvandenberg.com. When we receive your order and your item is on stock it normally will be send from our warehouse within 24hours (on working days). All deliveries will be made through DHL standard delivery. In case your address is not listed at DHL we will find an alternative to make sure you will receive your order. We will provide email track and trace service for all shipments. All shipments are insured. Unfortunately we cannot deliver to P.O Boxes due to the high value of the goods and the requirement of a signature upon delivery.

Free shipping on all orders above 500 Euro.
Shipping costs for orders until 500 Euro.

Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch, Bjorn van den Berg is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes or problems with the post order companies.

Import & custom duties

International orders may attract taxes or duties applied in the country where the order is delivered. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the order and are not the responsibility of Bjorn van den Berg. Please contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

Our liability

In the event of any unforeseen circumstances (such as lorry breakdown, traffic accident, major traffic delays or severe weather) we will do our best to contact you to rearrange an alternative delivery time slot or date. We will not be responsible for any losses (including loss of revenue, profits, anticipated savings, goodwill or business opportunity, for any injury to your reputation) incurred due to a delay in delivery arising out of any cause beyond our control.
